Hard Luck to the Under 14's yesterday! Some great talent coming through! Well Done to the management also, great work! Best of Luck to Under 12's and the Minor's who are also in county finals!! Well Done! Congrats also to the Seniors on reaching the Keqating Cup final! Well Done also to the Ladies Club for their achievements this year for club and county! Just a note to thanks

Just a note to thanks everyone involved with the Juvenile under 14 girls- The girls won the ciounty Championship for the first time beating Baltinglass in Laragh on Sunday 24th Score 3-7 to 1-6. A briallant performance by all as with 15 minutes to go we were 5 points down but a goal from the brillant Emear McCrea lifted the team and followed on by gols from the brave and stylish Niamh Dillon and a another goal for the girl who covered every inch of the pitch in Larah -- Ceara Byrne. Captain Niamh Kenny ( who played a captains part ) thanked all involved with the club and the county board for the high standard of refereering. Other girls who stood out in a very balance Tinahely Team in this famous victory were Molly Furlong, Aine O Keefe , Emelie O Reilly, Rachel Byrne , Laurna Mallick, Ceara Stokes, and Luanne Walker. Coffee Morning organised for Fri 29th Oct in the Courthouse 10 am -12.30 . The Un 14 cup will be on display so please come in of chat and support.

is it true that the senior team is playing friday night without one of its better players because of some petty disagreement ? please tell me this isnt true after all we are playing carnew and if wer lose we are as good as out. was only told of this today in a shop in the town and it happened a month ago. somebody please update me. best of luck friday lads .

once again it doesnt surprise me to see or shud i say not to see any recollection of the u12 team in 1992 not even mentioned anywere in here... you told me b4 you didnt have history bout it yet you have history dated back from 1972 upwards at every underage level.... and just to refresh everyones momory it was the first county title back in tinahely since the 1984 wining team..... go on the team of 92 you no who you all are.............

i do hope that the club back

i do hope that the club back the SENIOR management in the dropping the six players for breaking drink ban.we have seen it before that the club has been WEAK and has bowed to out side pressure and its about time that we get a BACKBONE for the good of OUR CLUB. we have a very good trainer and about 30 players in the field putting in a good effort and with DISIPLINE we can make progress in the senior championship over the next year or two. TINAHELY have got a lot of good young footballers and with a strong committee behind them and the belief effort and disipline we will not be waiting too long for a SENIOR championship back in town. PLAYERS have to look at themselves as individuals and ask the questions.
