If anyone would be interested in taking photographs for the website please contact Pádraig Murphy. This would only involve taking a few pictures at matches or training and would only require whatever time you are willing to put in yourself to help out.
DO YOU READ THE IRISH INDEPENDENT?
The Olympic Council of Ireland have joined with the Irish Independent and Sunday Independent in inviting you to celebrate sport within your local community. We have registered our club with the initiative and are now asking a small favour from you. Every day for the remainder or this promotion there will be tokens in the Irish Independent. The more tokens we collect as a club the more chance we have of winning one of 500 FREE sports equipment packs, each worth approx. €500.
Please help get the word out to the community so that we can gather as much tokens as possible. For any further information on the topic you can contact Martin Ging.
Sports Prediction Competition
Be in with a chance of winning cash prizes of €200, €100, and €50 for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places respectively.
Entry is only €20 and all funds raised go towards Tinahely GAA Club.

FANTASY GAELIC FOOTBALL
The Irish Daily Star newspaper has launched a great way to fundraise for your GAA club.
Simply pick your Fantasy GAA team, nominate your local GAA club and be in with a chance to win up to €20,000 in prizes.
Top club prize is €10,000, with individual player prizes of €5,000, €2,000 and €1,000 and monthly cash prizes of €100.
The grand prize of €10,000 will be awarded to the GAA club with the highest cumulative score of their top ten teams.
Playing not only gives you the chance to win money for yourself but also the chance to fundraise for your GAA club.
Entry costs €10 and €7 of this goes to your nominated GAA club. The more players, the more cash you raise for your cluband you will be in with a better chance of winning the top prize!

AGM
The Senior AGM took place on Friday 13th January in our clubhouse. It was great to see such a good attendance and the support shown at the AGM. A lot of work needs to be done within the club this year but with a positive outlook and what looks to be a very strong committee now on hand we hope that 2012 will be a great success for our club both on and off the field.

This is a crucial income for our club for the basic day to day running of the club and the upkeep of our grounds.
